Prism Research Conferences ("PRC"), as the managing organizer of AMiS-2027, is dedicated to protecting the privacy, intellectual property, and personal information of our global academic community. This policy outlines how we gather, utilize, store, and safeguard data provided by authors, attendees, committee members, and visitors across our digital platforms.
In order to administer an international scientific summit, PRC processes standard academic and operational details collected strictly with your knowledge:
PRC adheres to stringent international payment security standards. All conference registration fees, accommodation payments, and transactions are processed directly through certified, PCI-DSS compliant merchant gateways (including PayPal).
PRC never collects, processes, or stores your credit card numbers, debit card details, or banking passwords on our servers. We receive only an encrypted transaction authorization token and reference receipt confirming successful payment.
To support researchers in overcoming digital connectivity errors or international card verification hiccups, our system provides real-time technical guidance. If an attendee begins entering information on our registration portal but encounters an unexpected network interruption or browser drop-off prior to checkout completion, our Secretariat may reach out via email to offer administrative assistance, verify fee deadlines, or provide alternate institutional wire instructions.
We maintain an absolute zero-tolerance policy against commercial data exploitation. Your personal, contact, and academic records are never sold, rented, leased, or traded to third-party marketing companies, commercial brokers, or advertising networks. Information is shared solely with trusted operational partners strictly necessary for conference execution (such as the conference venue hotel for room reservations, or official publishing bodies for indexed proceedings).
The AMiS-2027 web portal uses only essential, non-invasive session cookies required for core site functionality—such as preserving active registration forms, managing secure session state, and preventing automated bot submissions. We do not deploy invasive cross-site profiling trackers.
Participants retain full rights to inspect, update, or request the deletion of their personal records from our active communications database at any time, subject only to mandatory legal and financial record-keeping requirements.
