These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the registered delegate or author (the "Participant") and Prism Research Conferences ("PRC"), the official organizing body of the International Conference on Advanced Materials & Semiconductor Interfaces (AMiS-2027).
Participation is confirmed exclusively upon issuance of an official Registration Reference ID following full payment clearance. PRC reserves the right to decline or void any registration that does not adhere to international academic ethics or institutional verification protocols.
While the conference dates, session topics, and venue facilities in Prague, Czech Republic, are confirmed in good faith, PRC reserves the operational flexibility to make necessary adjustments to the program schedule, presentation formats, or keynote lineup due to unforeseen academic, logistical, or speaker travel contingencies.
In the event of unforeseen regional disruptions or institutional travel advisories, PRC may provide hybrid or digital broadcast accommodations to ensure all peer-reviewed research receives formal academic dissemination without forfeiture of proceedings inclusion.
To support academic continuity when personal, health, or visa impediments arise, PRC permits registered authors to transfer their confirmed delegate pass to an eligible co-author or research collaborator from the same institution at no administrative surcharge, provided written notification is submitted to the Secretariat at least fourteen (14) business days prior to the opening ceremony.
Due to venue lease contracts, advance conference catering commitments, and peer-review processing expenditures:
Authors retain absolute and exclusive intellectual property rights over all scientific methodologies, figures, datasets, and discoveries presented at AMiS-2027. By submitting an abstract or presentation, the author grants PRC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce the accepted abstract in the conference proceedings volume, scientific booklet, and digital symposium index.
Neither Prism Research Conferences, its executive committee, nor the host venue shall be held liable for personal injury, property loss, travel cancellations, or medical expenses incurred by participants during transit or their stay in Prague. Participants are expected to maintain comprehensive international medical and travel insurance throughout the summit period.
AMiS-2027 is committed to fostering an inclusive, collegial, and harassment-free intellectual forum. Delegates are expected to uphold the highest standards of scientific integrity and professional respect. PRC reserves the right to revoke participation credentials without refund in cases of disruptive, unethical, or non-compliant conduct.
